Gibbed built a tool
The most recent version is in his repo:

However, this is not compiled into an EXE, would need to figure out how to do that.

VS Code, C# extension. Had to install a .NET SDK also? Still running into a lot of issues.
Unpack
Copy tool and all BIGFILEs into a new folder in your root C:: directory. Too long of a directory structure can cause the tool to glitch.
Drag and drop Bigfile.000 onto the Unpack.exe
This will unpack a lot of files into a segmented folder structure, which you’ll want to reorganize when done.
Demux
Audio is in .mul files, need to run through a tool to demux to .fsb
